Overview

This itinerary includes Maasai Mara National Reserve (2 Nights), Kenya’s premier safari destination, renowned for the Big Five, big cat sightings and the Great Migration (July to October), with afternoon and full day game drives; followed by a transfer to Lake Nakuru (1 Night), famous for its pink hued flamingos and as a sanctuary for black and white rhinos, for half day game drives; then a transfer to Lake Naivasha (1 Night), a serene freshwater lake known for boat safaris, birdlife, and sightings of hippos along its shores, for a boat ride and walking tour in Crescent Island before transferring back to Nairobi.

Day-By-Day Itinerary

Your tour starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and drive to Masai Mara. This drive will take about 5 to 6.5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Masai Mara shortly after noon and check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive. After the game drive, we head back to lodge/camp to reach by around 5:30 or 6:00 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner. Overnight at your lodge. Note: The last 1-hour drive to Masai Mara is on the corrugated and bumpy road and may not be comfortable for clients with back problems. Clients with back problems can consider flying directly to (and out of) Masai Mara.

Depart at 6:00 AM for an early morning game drive (prime time for wildlife activity, including possible hunt sightings), return for breakfast and a short rest, then head out again for an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch, staying out until park closing. Return to the lodge by 6:00 PM.

Do I have to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
This depends on the destination, travel dates, and supplier conditions. Often, a non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due a certain number of days before departure. Your consultant will inform you of the exact payment schedule.
What documents do I need to travel?
Confirmed booking vouchers, visa, passport, and ticket copies are all mandatory.
Is Travel Insurance mandatory?
For some destinations it is mandatory; for others it is strongly recommended. Travel insurance helps cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage. We can assist you in arranging suitable coverage.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation policies vary by package, airline, and hotel. Many promotional fares and special deals are non‑refundable. What if my flight is delayed or rescheduled?

Are airport transfers private or on a shared coach?

We aim to be fully transparent. All known taxes and charges are included in your final quotation unless clearly specified as “payable at destination” (e.g., city tax, resort fee, or optional activities).
Do you assist with Visa Processing?
Yes, for many destinations we can guide you on visa requirements and assist with applications where possible. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate, and we cannot guarantee approval.
