Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website holidaymarket.ae (the "Website") and all holiday packages, staycations, visa services, custom/bespoke itineraries, group bookings and related travel services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Holiday Market Tourism LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 18th Floor, Control Tower, Motor City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Holiday Market", "we", "us" or "our").

By browsing the Website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or making any payment through the Website, you ("Client", "you" or "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.

"Client" means every person named on a booking, enquiry or payment, and the person who submits a booking or makes payment warrants that they are authorised to do so on behalf of, and have explained these Terms to, every other person named on that booking.

1. About Us and Nature of Our Services

Holiday Market Tourism LLC is a UAE-licensed tour operator/travel agent (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism) with trade license number 1448683 acting as an intermediary that markets and arranges holiday packages, staycations, visa facilitation services, and bespoke/custom itineraries put together with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, resorts, transport providers, ground handlers, visa processing agents and other service providers ("Suppliers").

Packages, staycations and offers displayed on the Website are indicative and subject to availability with the relevant Supplier at the time of confirmation. Submitting an enquiry, or making a payment through the Website's secure PayMob checkout, is a request to book and does not, by itself, guarantee that the Supplier will confirm the specific dates, room category, flight, or rate shown. A binding contract for the Services only comes into existence once Holiday Market has verified availability with the Supplier(s) and issued a written booking confirmation to you. Where a Supplier is unable to honour the enquired package after payment has been made, Holiday Market will offer you a comparable alternative, a different travel date, or a full refund of the amount paid for that specific booking, at your choice.

Holiday Market acts as agent for the Suppliers in arranging the Services. Except where we are acting as principal (for example, where we package services together under our own brand), your contract for the underlying travel service (flight, hotel stay, transfer, activity, visa, etc.) is with the relevant Supplier, and that Supplier's own booking conditions will also apply and take precedence in relation to that specific service.

No employee, representative or agent of Holiday Market has authority to alter, waive or add to these Terms, or to bind Holiday Market to any liability beyond what is set out here, unless done in writing and signed by a duly authorised officer of Holiday Market Tourism LLC. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel any enquiry, booking or account at our discretion, including where fraud, abuse of the Website, or a Supplier's refusal to honour a rate is suspected.

Each travel Service is also subject to the applicable Supplier's fare rules, conditions of carriage, check-in requirements, cancellation policy, house rules and other terms. Relevant material Supplier conditions will be disclosed or made available to the customer during the booking process or with the booking confirmation.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Supplier term concerning the operation, amendment or cancellation of a particular Service, the Supplier term shall apply to that Service, except to the extent that it conflicts with mandatory UAE law or any express commitment made by Holiday Market.

2. Enquiries, Bookings and Formation of Contract

Enquiry-based bookings: for packages marked as available "on enquiry", you provide your travel preferences and contact details, and a Holiday Market adviser will confirm price and availability with the relevant Supplier(s) before requesting payment. A contract is formed only once we issue you a written confirmation after payment.

Instant/checkout bookings: for packages, staycations or add-ons that allow direct payment via the Website's PayMob checkout, your payment constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when Holiday Market sends you a confirmation email or voucher referencing a booking number; a successful card charge alone is not, by itself, confirmation of your travel arrangements.

Custom packages, tailor-made itineraries and group bookings (8 or more travellers) are quoted individually by a dedicated adviser and are subject to a separate written quotation, payment schedule and, where applicable, a secure PayMob payment link. These Terms apply to such bookings in addition to any specific terms stated in the quotation.

You must check your booking confirmation, e-tickets, hotel vouchers and visa documents as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately of any discrepancy in names, dates, or itinerary details. Airlines and many hotels do not permit name changes once tickets or reservations are issued, and Holiday Market is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect information supplied by you at the time of booking. We recommend sharing a copy of each traveller's passport when confirming travel dates.

The person making a booking represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into the booking, and are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of every person included in the booking. The person making the booking shall ensure that all traveller information provided to Holiday Market is complete and accurate and that each traveller is informed of, and complies with, these Terms and all applicable Supplier terms.

The person making the booking shall be responsible for all payments, instructions, amendments, cancellations and communications relating to the booking, unless Holiday Market agrees otherwise in writing.

The customer must carefully verify all names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, destinations, flight sectors, accommodation details and other information appearing in any quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, ticket or voucher. Names must correspond exactly with the relevant travel documents.

Any error must be reported to Holiday Market immediately. Holiday Market shall not be responsible for any loss, denial of ticket or voucher. Any correction shall be subject to availability and the applicable Supplier's terms and charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and are correct at the time of publication but may change before your booking is confirmed due to matters outside our control, including currency fluctuations, fuel or fare surcharges, airline/hotel rate changes, taxes, levies and government charges. Where a material price increase occurs after you have paid a deposit but before confirmation, we will notify you and you may accept the new price, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.

Payments are processed through PayMob, a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway. Holiday Market does not store your full card details. Full payment (or the deposit specified for your package) is required before an enquiry can be confirmed with a Supplier. Prices for packages, staycations, visa services and add-ons displayed on the Website exclude items of a personal nature unless expressly stated as included, such as travel insurance premiums (where not complimentary), personal expenses, optional excursions not listed in the itinerary, gratuities, porterage, meals and beverages not specified, airport transfers not specified, and visa or entry-permit fees payable to third parties.

Destination taxes and levies charged by local authorities (such as tourist, green, or environmental sustainability levies in destinations including but not limited to the Maldives and Seychelles) are payable directly by you to the property or authority at check-in/check-out unless we confirm they are included in your package price. These are set by the relevant government and may change without notice; the current published rate applies at the time of your stay.

Where an airline imposes a fuel surcharge or similar levy after your package has been purchased, we reserve the right to pass this charge on to you before ticket issuance.

All prices, availability, schedules and descriptions displayed or quoted are subject to confirmation by the relevant Supplier. A payment authorisation, automated acknowledgement or provisional reference does not constitute final confirmation unless Holiday Market issues a written booking confirmation.

Holiday Market may correct any manifest, technical, typographical, currency-conversion, system or Supplier pricing error before confirmation. If such an error is discovered after payment but before the relevant Service is issued, Holiday Market shall notify the customer and offer the customer the option to pay the corrected price or cancel the affected Service and receive a refund of the amount paid for that Service. Holiday Market shall not knowingly require a customer to proceed with a materially incorrect price.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include the taxes and charges specifically identified in the quotation or booking confirmation. Government taxes, tourism fees, resort fees, security deposits, city taxes and other charges payable directly at the destination may be excluded and shall be payable by the customer.

Where a booking is priced in a currency other than UAE Dirhams, the amount charged may vary due to the exchange rate applied by Holiday Market, the payment processor or the customer's card issuer. Any foreign-exchange fee, international transaction fee or similar bank charge imposed by the customer's bank shall be borne by the customer.

Holiday Market may request reasonable identity, cardholder or payment verification before confirming or issuing a booking and may suspend or cancel a transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorised card use, sanctions exposure or other unlawful activity. Documents collected for verification shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The customer shall not initiate a chargeback for a validly authorised transaction without first contacting Holiday Market and allowing a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter. Where a chargeback is determined to be wrongful, the customer shall remain liable for the outstanding booking amount and any reasonable, documented bank or administrative charges incurred by Holiday Market, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Amendments to a Confirmed Booking

Amendment requests must be made in writing by the lead passenger and are subject to Supplier approval, availability, and any applicable fare or rate difference, in addition to a Holiday Market administration fee. Amendment fees vary by airline, hotel and Supplier and will be confirmed to you at the time of the request; as a guide, airline date-change and administration fees typically range from approximately AED 200 to AED 1,800 per person depending on carrier and itinerary complexity, plus any fare difference. We do not guarantee that a requested date, flight or room change can be accommodated.

Internal (domestic) flights, rail tickets and certain promotional or non-refundable hotel rates are non-amendable and non-refundable once issued; a new booking at the then-current price will be required.

Holiday Market reserves the right to substitute a confirmed hotel, resort, airline or the sequence of a multi-destination itinerary for one of a comparable standard where operationally necessary (for example, Supplier overbooking, closure for maintenance, or schedule changes), without this being treated as a change requested by you.

Any amendment is subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant Supplier. The customer shall pay any fare, rate or tax difference; the Supplier's amendment, reissue or cancellation charge; and Holiday Market's disclosed administrative or service fee, if applicable. Holiday Market shall inform the customer of the applicable charges before processing the amendment. Certain bookings, including restricted fares, promotional rates and personalised travel services, may not permit name changes, date changes or transfers.

Airlines may amend flight times, schedules, aircraft type, terminal, baggage allowance, routing, flight number or operating carrier at any time, including after ticket issuance. Such changes are controlled by the airline and do not, by themselves, constitute a breach by Holiday Market.

Holiday Market will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material change promptly after receiving notice from the airline. Any rebooking, rerouting, refund or compensation will be subject to the airline's conditions of carriage, applicable law and any mandatory international convention.

5. Cancellations and Refund Process

To cancel, the lead passenger must email sales.uae@holidaymarket.ae with the booking reference and contact details. We will calculate the amount refundable after deducting any cancellation charges below and non-recoverable third-party costs (for example, non-refundable hotel or flight components already paid to a Supplier); partially utilised services are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued as a Credit Voucher usable toward a future Holiday Market booking within its stated validity (typically 12 months, unless a longer validity period is expressly stated on the voucher), unless the original payment method allows a direct reversal via PayMob, at our discretion. Where a Credit Voucher is issued, this will be confirmed to you by email.

Failure to arrive, check in or present the required documents within the time specified by Holiday Market or the Supplier may be treated as a no-show. A no-show may result in cancellation of the affected Service and, in the case of flight bookings, cancellation of subsequent or return sectors by the airline. No refund shall be payable for a no-show or for any accommodation, transportation, meal, excursion or other Service voluntarily missed or not used by the customer, except where the relevant Supplier permits a refund or where otherwise required by applicable law.

*Where a package includes a low-cost carrier or an airline operating on a restricted-fare basis, the higher band applies regardless of how far in advance the cancellation request is received.

A minimum cancellation fee of AED 1,500 per person applies to all packages (excluding infants not occupying a seat/bed). For bookings tied to a public holiday period or a fixed/guaranteed departure deal, cancellation charges of 90% (more than 2 days before travel) to 100% (less than 2 days before travel) of the package price apply. Deposits paid to secure an enquiry that has not yet been confirmed with a Supplier can be cancelled subject to an administration fee of AED 200, unless a different amount was disclosed to you at the time of payment.

If a Supplier discontinues the specific fare, rate or allotment on which your package was based before confirmation, we will cancel that booking and refund the full amount paid without any cancellation charge.

Where Holiday Market acts as agent, the refund will be processed after Holiday Market receives the refundable amount from the relevant Supplier. Holiday Market shall use reasonable efforts to process the refund promptly and shall keep the customer reasonably informed of material delays. Any stated processing timeline is an estimate and excludes delays caused by Suppliers, banks, card issuers or payment processors.

6. Visa Services

Visa issuance, refusal and processing timelines are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa processing centre or immigration authority.

Holiday Market does not control or guarantee any outcome or timeframe and shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, administrative processing, interview outcomes, requests for additional documents or information, passport retention, or any other act, omission or decision of such authority or processing centre. Holiday Market remains responsible only for exercising reasonable care in performing the visa-facilitation services expressly agreed with you.

Visa service fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of outcome, save where an optional Visa Rejection Shield (see below) has been purchased and its conditions are met.

Optional Visa Rejection Shield

Where offered and purchased as an add-on for an eligible nationality and destination, and where a visa application is refused despite complete and accurate documentation being submitted on time, Holiday Market will issue a Credit Voucher (valid up to 1 year) for the package amount, provided you email us the official rejection letter and all documents submitted to the embassy within 3 days of refusal (or, during public holiday travel periods, notify us by email and phone at least 10 days before scheduled travel).

The Shield does not apply where you have previously been refused a visa for, or deported from, the same destination or visa area (e.g. the Schengen area). The Shield fee itself is non-refundable and is charged in addition to the package price; current fee bands and any surcharge for specific nationalities or public-holiday travel will be disclosed to you before purchase.

7. Staycations

Staycation bookings within the UAE are subject to the same booking, payment, amendment and cancellation principles set out in these Terms, together with the specific hotel's own cancellation and check-in/check-out policy, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking where it is stricter than our standard policy. Rates, resort fees, tourism dirham and any municipality fees payable locally are the responsibility of the guest unless stated as included.

Hotel classifications, ratings, photographs, descriptions, room types, facilities and amenities are supplied by the relevant hotel or other Supplier and may differ from local standards or change without notice.

Unless expressly confirmed by Holiday Market in writing as part of your booking, Holiday Market does not guarantee room size or location, views, adjoining or connecting rooms, bedding configuration, food quality, entertainment, beach access, swimming-pool availability, spa or leisure facilities, renovation status, or any other hotel feature.

Special requests are passed to the Supplier but remain subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Custom Packages, Tailor-Made Itineraries and Group Bookings

Requests submitted through our custom package, group booking or travel concierge services are quoted individually. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and does not constitute a confirmed booking. Once you accept a quotation and make the required payment via the secure PayMob link provided, standard booking, amendment and cancellation terms in these Terms apply, together with any additional conditions specific to your itinerary (for example, higher deposit or cancellation percentages for peak-season, fixed-departure, or highly customised itineraries), which will be set out in your quotation.

9. Travel Documentation, Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that every traveller holds a valid passport (with the minimum validity required by the destination and any transit country, generally at least 6 months beyond the travel period), any required visas or entry permits, a valid UAE residence visa where relevant to re-entry, and any vaccination or health documentation required for travel. Holiday Market provides guidance in good faith but is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation, save where this results from our own error.

A visa, entry permit or other travel authorisation does not guarantee boarding or admission to any country. Boarding and admission, transit, continued stay and departure remain entirely subject to the decisions of the relevant airline, border, customs, security and immigration authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Market shall not be liable where a traveller is denied boarding, refused entry or transit, detained, questioned, deported or otherwise prevented from entering, remaining in or departing from a destination, except to the extent directly caused by Holiday Market's proven negligence.

10. Travel Insurance and Health

Adequate travel insurance covering, at minimum, emergency medical treatment and repatriation is strongly recommended and, for many destinations, mandatory. Where complimentary or bundled travel insurance is stated as included with your package, its coverage, insurer, terms and age limits will be set out in the policy documentation provided to you, and Holiday Market may change the insurance provider at any time without reducing the level of cover. Travellers aged 65 or above, or with pre-existing medical conditions, should request appropriate cover directly from us or an independent insurer and must disclose any condition that may affect fitness to travel at the time of booking; failure to do so may relieve Holiday Market of liability connected to that condition. Holiday Market's packages do not include adventure or high-risk activities, and we recommend caution with any optional activity booked locally, whether or not arranged through us.

Baggage is carried, stored and handled by the relevant airline, transport provider, hotel or other Supplier subject to that Supplier's terms and any applicable international convention. Holiday Market shall not be responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, stolen or misdirected baggage, except to the extent directly caused by Holiday Market's proven negligence.

The traveller must report any baggage issue immediately to the operating carrier or relevant Supplier, obtain the required property irregularity or incident report, comply with the applicable notification time limits, and submit any claim directly to that carrier or Supplier. Holiday Market may provide reasonable administrative assistance but does not determine or pay such claims.

Holiday Market acts solely as a booking intermediary for optional excursions, sports, adventure activities and other experiences operated by independent Suppliers. Participation is voluntary and subject to the Supplier's terms, safety instructions, eligibility criteria and insurance arrangements. Travellers are responsible for assessing their own fitness, health, skill and risk tolerance and for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Market shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss or property damage occurring during or in connection with an activity, except to the extent directly caused by Holiday Market's proven negligence.

11. Client Conduct

You agree to comply with the laws, customs and regulations of every country and destination you visit. If, in the reasonable opinion of Holiday Market or a Supplier's staff, a traveller's health or conduct is likely to endanger the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other travellers or the smooth running of the arrangements, that traveller may be excluded from all or part of the Services without prior notice and without liability or refund on our part. Holiday Market is not liable for the consequences of any unlawful act committed by a traveller while on tour.

The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Holiday Market, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from and against any third-party claim, regulatory penalty, liability, loss, cost or reasonable expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly from: (a) materially inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the Customer; (b) forged, altered, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained documentation supplied or used by the Customer; (c) the Customer's breach of immigration, customs, sanctions or other applicable law; (d) the Customer's unlawful or wilful misconduct; or (e) a knowingly false, fraudulent or abusive payment dispute or chargeback.

This indemnity shall apply only to the extent the relevant matter was caused by the Customer and shall not apply to loss caused by Holiday Market's own fraud, wilful misconduct, proven negligence or breach of applicable law.

12. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

Holiday Market will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, the Services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war or threat of war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather, airspace closure, industrial action, or government action or advisory (a "Force Majeure Event"). Where an official pandemic, epidemic or travel-advisory declaration by the World Health Organization or the UAE government affects your booking, cancellation and refund handling for that booking will follow our published Force Majeure procedure in force at the time, which may include extended processing timelines (given that we can only refund you once the relevant Supplier refunds us), reduced cancellation fees for unredeemed vouchers, and the option to rebook to a later date instead of cancelling. Where a Supplier becomes insolvent, amounts already paid to that Supplier that cannot be recovered will not be refundable by Holiday Market.

Airlines, hotels and other Suppliers may change schedules, routes, aircraft, terminals, accommodation, facilities or other elements of a booking. Holiday Market shall notify the customer of a material change once it receives notice from the Supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Market shall not be liable for loss arising from the insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of trade or other financial failure of any airline, hotel, resort, cruise operator, destination management company or other Supplier. Any refund or recovery will be limited to amounts actually recovered by Holiday Market from the affected Supplier or through an applicable protection scheme, insurance policy or payment provider, less any lawful and previously disclosed charges.

This clause does not affect any mandatory refund or compensation right that applies to Holiday Market in its capacity as principal.

13. Liability

Holiday Market will exercise reasonable skill and care in selecting Suppliers and arranging the Services. Save where we act as principal, we act as agent only and do not operate the underlying flights, accommodation, transport, activities or visa processing ourselves; our liability for the acts, omissions, delays, or the standard of service of any Supplier is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law, and, in respect of carriage by air, sea or rail, is further limited by the applicable international conventions (including the Montreal Convention, where relevant).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law. Subject to that, Holiday Market's aggregate liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount paid by you for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Except to the extent Holiday Market expressly confirms in writing that it is acting as principal, Holiday Market acts solely as an intermediary in arranging travel and related services supplied by independent third parties. Holiday Market does not own, operate, control or manage any airline, hotel, resort, cruise operator, transport provider, destination management company, ground handler, attraction, activity provider, visa processing centre, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other Supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holiday Market shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, insolvency, bankruptcy, delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, refusal of service, injury, illness, death, property loss or damage, or other service failure caused by a Supplier.

This clause does not exclude or limit liability arising directly from Holiday Market's own fraud, wilful misconduct or proven negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Complaints

If you experience a problem with any element of the Services, you must notify both the relevant Supplier locally and Holiday Market as soon as reasonably practicable, using info@holidaymarket.ae or 800 ALFRED, and allow a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be investigated and remedied while you are travelling.

Failure to provide timely notice may prejudice Holiday Market's or the Supplier's ability to investigate or resolve the complaint and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, may reduce or extinguish any entitlement to compensation to the extent the failure caused or increased the relevant loss. Nothing in this clause affects a mandatory consumer right or prevents a complaint where immediate notice was not reasonably possible.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response as soon as possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Services must be commenced within twelve (12) months after completion of the relevant travel arrangements or, if the Services were not performed, the date on which they were scheduled to be completed. After that period, the claim shall be time-barred. This clause does not shorten any mandatory limitation period or claim period that cannot lawfully be varied by contract, including any period prescribed by an applicable international convention.

15. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Website, and all content, branding, package descriptions, photography and software on it, are owned by or licensed to Holiday Market Tourism LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial browsing and booking purposes only. You must not scrape, copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the Website or its content, attempt to interfere with its security or availability, or submit false, fraudulent or misleading information when booking.

16. Vouchers

Gift vouchers and credit vouchers issued by Holiday Market are valid for the period stated on the voucher (and in any event no more than 1 year from issue, save where an extended Force Majeure validity applies), are redeemable only for Holiday Market packages, are non-refundable for cash, cannot be used to purchase another voucher, and, unless stated otherwise, may not be used for travel during UAE public holidays, Christmas/New Year peak season, or Valentine's Day travel periods. Vouchers and unconfirmed bookings that remain unredeemed for more than 1 year are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, Suppliers, or applicable law. The version in force at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking. The current version is always available on the Website with its effective date.

19. Electronic Communications

The customer agrees that quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, tickets, vouchers, notices and other communications may be provided electronically using the email address, mobile number or other contact details supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and regularly checking communications, including spam or junk folders. Electronic records and confirmations shall constitute valid evidence of the relevant transaction, subject to applicable UAE law.

20. Special Requests and Accessibility Requirements

Dietary, medical, mobility, accessibility, adjoining-room, seating and other special requests must be communicated before booking. Holiday Market shall forward reasonable requests to the relevant Supplier but cannot guarantee fulfilment unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Supplier.

A traveller with reduced mobility, a medical condition or another requirement that may affect the delivery of the Services must provide sufficient information reasonably necessary to assess and arrange suitable assistance. Holiday Market may decline a booking only where the requested arrangements cannot reasonably or safely be provided by the relevant Supplier.

21. Sanctions and Legal Restrictions

Holiday Market may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking where processing or performing the booking would, in Holiday Market's reasonable assessment, breach applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements, immigration restrictions, trade controls or other applicable laws.

Where a booking is cancelled under this clause, Holiday Market shall refund any amount lawfully recoverable from the relevant Supplier after deducting applicable Supplier charges and reasonable, documented costs, unless the restriction results from false or misleading information supplied by the customer.

22. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. A delay or failure by Holiday Market to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, the booking confirmation, the relevant quotation, applicable Supplier conditions and any specific promotional or product terms constitute the entire agreement concerning the booking. In case of inconsistency, the booking confirmation and any specifically agreed written terms shall prevail over these general Terms.
